Who we are

Enquiries submitted through the contact form are delivered by email via Brevo, our email-sending service. Session records and any clinical notes are kept in secure, access-controlled systems chosen by the practice. Website hosting and analytics are provided by third-party platforms. We choose providers that maintain reasonable security safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
How long we keep your information
We keep enquiry emails and contact details only for as long as needed to respond and follow up. Clinical records are retained in line with professional practice requirements and New Zealand legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.
Sharing your information
We do not share your personal information with third parties except where:
- you have given your consent;
- it is required to provide the service you requested (for example, sending an email through Brevo);
- we are required to disclose it by law or to protect someone's safety.
Your privacy rights

Security and access
Access to enquiry emails and any clinical records is limited to Sheryl Murray and trusted administrative support. We use strong passwords, two-factor authentication where available, and keep software up to date. These measures reduce risk, but they cannot eliminate every possible security threat.
